Curatorial Mutiny is proud and happy to announce that Nordic Culture Point has awarded us a grant from their Volt program to increase our potential energy. The project that we will develop in 2020 takes its inspiration from the work of Estonian born biologist Jakob von Uexküll's work.
During three workshops, young artists and academics from for four Nordic countries investigate how their language informs their worldview. The participants take inspiration from Uexküll's ideas about how living beings perceive their environment and create and present artwork based on their experiences.
CM is also back from our summer break. Although we have taken a break from public events, we have been busy with residencies Europe. We have formulated new projects that will gradually appear on this website.
